Stormy Weather is a blockbuster. Absolutely stunning opaque silver color that is smooth and buttery to work with. Purples, blues, violets, fuchsia, greens and earth tones are possible in either rich deep color or pastel variations. Easy to strike. Try selectively cooling and striking for different effects. Great in either stringer form or as a backdrop for other colors. It is outstanding by itself.
It is possible to retain a light purple when deep encased but most usually turns a creamy blue or tan. It can be made into twisties which retain striping when coiled. Wonderful in beads and easy to strike raku. Beautiful opaque purple makes a nice backing for marbles. Great potential when used in larger sculptural applications.
